Cambodia Ministry
Our ministry in Cambodia has been an incredible journey. We give all the praise and glory to God who has made it possible. He has allowed us to train up Cambodian National Missionaries reaching their own with the love of Jesus Christ, reaching and teaching every week to precious children as well as adults.
We have over 250 trained National Missionaries/Pastors going out into the remote villages of Cambodia where others do not go. They have established over 3,000 Sunbeam Kids Village Bible Clubs. They meet every week with the children. It has been amazing to see the ministry grow from zero children in 2003 to over 35,300 children being reached each week. They are learning the Bible, being discipled, how to have a personal relationship with God, and memorize Scripture. In addition they are being taught about hygiene, nutrition and trafficking prevention.
Sunbeam Kids International was founded by Wilma Mishler in 2008. Together with her husband, Jerry Mishler, who founded On the Frontline Ministries, Inc. in 2001, it was decided to separate the children's ministry and put it under Sunbeam Kids International. The adult ministry and most of the administration is handled through On the Frontline Ministries, Inc. Even though they are two distinct 501(c) 3 tax exempt organizations, they work together hand in hand with the Cambodian National Missionaries that have been raised up through their ministry. God has blessed it, on the adult side more than 58,000 adults are being reached almost every week. The amounts are staggering.
